2.2. You retain the responsibility for ensuring that your logo design and any related content do not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.
3. Intellectual Property:
3.1. Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the rights to the final logo design, including any modifications requested by you during the revision process.
3.2. We retain the right to showcase the logo design in our portfolio and marketing materials.
4. Payment:
4.1. Payment for logo design services is required as specified during the order process.
4.2. All fees are non-refundable once the design process has begun.
5. Revisions:
5.1. We offer a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your selected package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5.2. Revisions are limited to modifications of the original design concept. Major changes to the design concept may require an additional fee.
6. Delivery:
6.1. We will deliver the final logo design electronically to the email address you provide.
6.2. Any delay in providing the necessary information or feedback may result in a delay in the delivery of the final logo design.
7. Confidentiality:
7.1. We will treat all information provided by you as confidential, except for the purposes of creating the logo design and showcasing it in our portfolio.
8. Termination:
8.1. We reserve the right to terminate our services if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or breach any applicable laws.
9. Limitation of Liability:
9.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9.2. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the logo design services.
